Nearly ten years of experience in legal assistance working with corporate and capital markets legislation, since 2012 Ms. Krieck works with our partners Gyedre and Érika, having subsequently joined our firm in 2016.
Ms. Krieck has wide experience in assisting corporations, their managers and shareholders/investors, also in matters including corporate governance and asset and succession planning.
Work includes corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, and assisting Brazilian publicly traded corporations listed in the corporate governance special segment on the B3 S.A. – Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão stock exchange.
