Gyedre has more than 25 years of experience in corporate law and capital markets areas and is a founding partner of Carneiro de Oliveira Advogados.
She has coordinated and worked in large corporate reorganization and mergers and acquisitions transactions involving companies of all sizes and industries, including listed ones and investment funds.
Gyedre has an extensive knowledge in legal assistance concerning matters involving corporate law and capital markets, whether from the perspective of issuers of securities or of managers and investors.
Wide experience in legal advisory services to family groups, including in matters of corporate governance, professionalization of management and estate and succession planning.
She has both professional and academic experience abroad working in the area of corporate law and capital markets, holding a Master of Laws (LL.M) degree from the University of Michigan, USA and acting as an international associate of the US based law firm Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton from 1998 to 1999.
Gyedre has been highlighted for her work by specialized publications – Chambers and Partners, Who is Who Legal (WWL), IFLR1000 and Legal500 and has been elected by the Análise Advocacia magazine as one of the most admired lawyers by the largest Brazilian companies.
Appointed Director of the Brazilian Financial System Appeal Board (Conselho de Recursos do Sistema Financeiro Nacional – CRSFN) – 2022 to 2025.
